A perfectly side lit baby photograph

You may have noticed by now that I’m a little bit obsessed with these side and backlit images when it comes to photographing babies.

The prop shots are always a favourite with clients but my favourite images are always the more simple ones with less distraction from the babies.

I absolutely love playing with the shadows and depth that this style of photography creates.
