All cake smash sessions take place in my beautifully styled home studio just outside Ashford, Kent, where everything has been designed with little ones in mind. From the setup to the splash session at the end, the studio provides a safe, warm, and relaxed space for your child to explore, play, and make a wonderful mess.

A little more information
Cake smash sessions take place either in your home or in a dedicated space hired specifically for these sessions in Ashford, Kent.
When you book, I’ll ask a few questions about your child and the theme or colour scheme you have in mind. From there, I carefully source and design the full setup for your session — all of which is included in the price.
Sessions typically last around one hour, but every child is different. Some little ones need a little extra time to warm up, while others are keen to dive straight in. I never rush sessions and always work at your child’s pace, allowing time for them to feel comfortable with me and their surroundings before we begin.
Cake smash sessions are designed for the birthday baby only, as the setups are created specifically for one child. If you’d like images that include parents or siblings, I’d recommend a family session instead — ideally outdoors, where there’s plenty of space to relax, explore, and capture natural interactions and genuine connections.
