A post and picture of the girl behind the camera for a change, after surviving the craziest year in business so far!

As if a normal fully booked year wasn’t enough, the wedding industry has seen a year like no other, with all the covid postponement on top of our usual workload, it’s definitely been a year of survival… and yet the standard of photography I’ve seen fellow photographers produce and that of my own has been even better than we have ever produced before, I’m sure that’s got something to do with creatives having some weird brain and working well under pressure. I also had my second baby in April so although I’ve spent a lot of this year in a sleep deprived newborn bubble, I have absolutely loved it! Life is so full to the brim right now with home, life and work and although that can be a struggle to juggle sometimes, I know I personally thrive on it.

I’ve got just two final weddings to edit from this year and then that’s it for me on the wedding front until next April You’ll still see plenty of posts and updates on my main family and newborn account though @jodiedonovanphotography Plus I’ve still got so much to post on here from recent weddings yet!

I’m at full capacity for 2022 weddings now but do have availability for 2023

I’ve got some bucket list venues next year and I could not be more excited!
